This manual contains descriptions of all the control types supported by YLZK-X1 series controllers. For a specific model of controller, it may not have the functions described in this manual. Therefore, after reading this manual, you should also read the "Quick Operation Guide" of the specific model controller in detail.
Two, install the wiring
2.1 Installation method
①Open the installation hole according to the "outline and hole size drawing", and pass the wire to be connected out of the hole.
② Connect the strong and weak wires to the corresponding terminals of the controller according to the "User Wiring Diagram".
③Insert the controller into the mounting hole.
④If you need to check and repair the controller, you can easily pull out the terminal without removing the connected wire; when inserting the terminal into the controller, make sure that the connection is in place.
2.2 Input signal (possible input signal)
2.2.1 Wiring
Please use 0.3mm2 copper multi-strand flexible wire for input signal wiring, and use shielded cables as much as possible. The shielding layer (copper mesh) of the shielded cable should be connected to the mounting post, and be pressed against the circuit board by screws.
2.2.2 Temperature sensor
Use the thermistor (NTC) as the temperature sensor, the graduation number is: R (25°C) = 100K, B (25°C/50°C) = 3950K.
2.2.3 Pressure sensor
The pressure sensor uses a pressure controller (pressure switch) and an electric contact pressure gauge. Please connect the normally closed contact of the pressure controller (the contact is closed when the pressure is lower than the low setting value; the contact is disconnected when the pressure is higher than the high setting value) to the controller.
When the pressure sensor is a pressure transmitter, the controller supports 4-20mA input signal, but it needs to be explained when ordering. At this time, the DIP switch of the corresponding channel on the circuit board should be adjusted to the current side (I1 side), and the range needs to be set.
2.2.4 Water level sensor
The water level sensor uses a water level electrode. The water level electrode is a sensor that uses the conductivity of water to measure the water level. When the water level is higher than the electrode, the electrode forms a loop between the water and the measuring cylinder shell; when the water level is lower than the electrode, there is no loop between the electrode and the measuring cylinder shell. . The controller obtains the water level status by detecting the signal.
The common end of the water level electrode must be connected to the shell of the measuring cylinder. It must not be connected to the boiler shell or stainless steel outer cover, let alone the power zero line! Although this wiring can sometimes enable the controller to detect the water level, it will reduce the reliability and stability of the water level detection, and may even burn the controller input circuit.
Care should be taken to keep the insulator part of the water electrode clean. Scale or other dirt may reduce the insulation performance at both ends of the electrode, causing the controller to be unable to distinguish the water level (due to the reduced insulation performance, there is always a loop between the electrode and the common terminal, and the controller detects The signal will always show water).
2.2.5 Furnace wall temperature switch
The furnace wall temperature switch should be fixed close to the boiler shell (in the insulation layer). When the furnace wall temperature is higher than the set value, the temperature switch contact signal is disconnected. This signal reflects whether the boiler water level is lower than the sensor installation position, and whether there may be a dry burning phenomenon, which can be used as a backup for the extreme low water level protection to further improve the safety of the boiler operation.
2.2.6 Burner fault signal
When the burner program controller detects abnormal gas pressure, blower air pressure, flame interruption or unignited abnormality, it will immediately stop the furnace for protection, lock the programmer, and output a 220 volt voltage signal on the burner fault light signal. After the controller detects the signal, it interlocks to shut down controlled equipment such as the water pump, and displays the alarm information on the screen and sends out an audible and visual alarm to remind the furnace staff to deal with it in time.
2.3 Control output
2.3.1 Wiring
For the control output line, please select a copper multi-strand flexible wire with an appropriate cross-sectional area according to the power of the controlled electrical appliance. Pay attention to the secure connection of the terminal, otherwise it will easily cause the terminal to heat up and burn after power on.
Please run the tube separately from the sensor's weak current signal line, and avoid paralleling the sensor's weak current signal line in the routing. When wiring must be parallel, please separate the two wiring harnesses by 15cm or more to avoid introducing electromagnetic interference into the weak current system too much.
2.3.2 Burner control
① The burner control output is the two ends of the normally open contact of the relay without power output.
② The relay contact capacity is 10A/220VAC, and the load should not exceed 500W when used.
③ The burner control output can be connected to the start-stop control end of the burner, or it can be connected in series with the burner's power circuit.
2.3.3 Heating group control
①The control output is the two ends of the normally open contact of the relay, without power output.
②The relay contact capacity is 10A/220VAC, and the load should not exceed 500W when used.
③The contactor and leakage protector of appropriate power should be connected to drive the heating group.
2.3.4 Water pump (or water supply solenoid valve) control
① The pump control output is the two ends of the normally open contact of the relay, and there is no power output. It is usually connected in series in the power supply circuit of the pump.
② The relay contact capacity is 10A/220VAC, and the load should not exceed 500W when used. It is recommended to connect a 20A fuse in series with the relay circuit as overload protection when wiring.
③ If the pump power is greater than 500W or three-phase power supply is required, an appropriate power contactor and thermal overload relay should be connected.

Press the "" key again to set the next parameter, and the settings of the remaining time periods can be deduced by analogy. A total of 4 time periods can be set.
The time setting range is 0.00~23.59. The time period setting must follow the order from 0.00 to 23.59, and no inversion or overlap is allowed. For example, if the "start time" of the first period is set to "8.00", all subsequent stop and start times cannot be less than "8.00". The controller automatically checks and corrects the timing parameters according to this limit.
The start and stop time of the time period can be the same. At this time, the length of the time period is zero, which is an invalid time period. You can turn off unnecessary periods by setting the same start-stop time.
If all 4 time periods are set to "start time" equal to "stop time", the controller will do no timing processing, and the whole day is the start time.
The current time, using the 24-hour clock. The clock of this machine is equipped with a back-up power supply, and it can keep running when the external AC power supply is cut off.
Note: The real-time clock is selected according to customer requirements. If you need this function, please contact the company.
